Public Notes:

For furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for construction of a new lift station and force
main at the Gallery 23 East Development, Fremont, Nebraska. The work will include construction of a new lift
station, approximately 5,287 LF of 12-inch force main installed via open trench, Horizontal Directional Drilling,
and bored with steel casing; connections to existing facilities; associated piping, valves, pumps, dewatering,
excavation and trenching, electrical and mechanical work, seeding, and other items of miscellaneous work as
shown on the project drawings and described in the project specifications.
