Sealed bids will be received at the Malcolm Public Schools District
Administrative Offices, 10004 NW 112th Street, Malcolm, NE 68402 up to
the hour of 3:00 P.M. local time, on Thursday, March 8, 2018, for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the Project. At the above-stated hour, the Owner will publicly open and read aloud the
bids received at the Malcolm Public Schools District Administrative Offices, 10004 NW 112th Street, Malcolm, NE 68402. Bids are valid only if received at the place named above, before the
designated bid time above. Bids received after said time will not be opened.

The general nature of the project is a 2850 square foot addition at the entry to
the Elementary School and renovation of adjacent spaces, renovation of
existing First and Second Grade Classrooms to Pre-Kindergarten and
Kindergarten Classrooms, a 11,475 square foot addition for Middle School
and renovation of adjacent spaces, renovation of existing Media Center to
Band, renovation of Staff Workroom and Distance Learning to Media
Center. Alternates for the project include VCT replacement, re-roofing, and
metal panel screening at the High School Gym wall, new video surveillance
system, new intercom system.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 payable to Malcolm Public Schools. A builder's card will NOT be accepted in lieu of a deposit. Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued. CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition, within fourteen (14) calendar days after the bid date.
