A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at both schools starting at the Southwest High School main office,
7001 S 14th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68512 on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. CDT. The pre-bid
meeting will continue to the Southeast High School main office, 2930 S. 37th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska
68506 after completing the walkthrough at Southwest. Attendance by all interested Contractors and
Subcontractors is required.

Sealed proposals will be received for the Southeast & Southwest High Schools – Mechanical Modifications
Project by the Board of Education of Lancaster County School District at the office of Facilities and
Maintenance, 800 South 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68510. Bids are due on or before Thursday March 1,
2018 at 2:00 P.M. CDT for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the Project, Bid
#9213.

The Work includes but is not limited to: Replacement of the swimming pool HVAC unit at Southwest High School along with the installation of a
new exhaust fan and ductwork modifications. Removal of the existing swimming pool ozone system in its entirety at both Southeast & Southwest High
Schools along with the installation of a new UV pool sanitization system at both schools. Modifications to the existing HP loop piping at Southeast High School including the replacement of HP
piping pumps. Corresponding electrical, general and control work will also be required.
