SCOPE OF WORK: The Penterman RC Parking Lot and Sidewalk Repair Project consists all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, site work, travel, licenses, permits, etc. to replace the existing asphalt paving with new concrete paving including all removals as needed and sub-base preparation for the new paving and walks as per the contract documents. In addition, the project includes widening of the west entrance, new concrete walks, new stoops, new comm box top, bollards, striping, joints sealants, etc. per the plans and specifications. This project is located on the Air National Guard Base.

Printed Documents may be obtained by contacting A & D Technical Supply located at 1822 ‘N’ Street in Lincoln, Nebraska (Telephone: 402-474-5454). A refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 made payable to Davis Design is due at pick-up.
Documents can be shipped for an additional non-refundable payment of $15 to A&D Technical Supply Co.
The deposit will be returned to the Bidder upon return of the Plans, Specifications and
Addenda in good condition, within thirty (30) days after the bid opening date, to the
plans supply house listed above.
