Sealed proposals will be received at the Malcolm Public Schools District
Administrative Offices, 10004 NW 112th Street, Malcolm, NE 68402 up to
the hour of 2:00 P.M. local time, on Monday, March 5, 2018, for
the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the Project. At the above-stated hour, the Owner will publicly open and read aloud the
bids received at the Malcolm Public Schools District Administrative
Offices, 10004 NW 112th Street, Malcolm, NE 68402. Bids are valid only if received at the place named above, before the
designated bid time above. Bids received after said time will not be
opened.

SCOPE OF WORK: The existing telecommunications infrastructure at Malcolm Elementary and Jr./Sr. High schools consists
of mostly CAT 5 cabling with limited wireless access point locations. This contract includes the removal
of existing data cabling, the addition of new data cabling, and other communications upgrades in the elementary
and Jr./Sr. High schools. Communications upgrades are in areas affected by the summer addition
/ renovation project, as well as additional wireless access point cabling to other areas of the schools.
Fiber backbone improvements and communication rack modifications are also included.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $20.00 payable to Malcolm Public Schools. A builder's card will NOT be accepted in lieu of a deposit. Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued. CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition, within fourteen (14) calendar days after the bid date.
