Public Notes:
This project consists of all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits required to complete the work for resurfacing of the North half of the main parking lot and drives West of the 500 Series Buildings at the Camp Ashland Training Site. The Project is to include but not limited to the removal of approx 8,540 SY of pavement surfaces (milling) to a specified depth (2" topping), repair cracking as needed, removal and recycling of the milled material, placement of a new asphalt surface, striping where specified, and related work. ABI 1 is approx 7,385 SY, ABI 2 is approx 2270 SY, ABI 3 is approx 3000 SY. Project completion time is 90 days from the Notice to Proceed Letter to be issued at the Pre-Construction Meeting.

Documents are available with a refundable $50.00 deposit check made payable to A & D Technical Supply.

Documents may be shipped with a non-refundable $15.00 check payable to A & D Technical Supply.

Contractors who are not awarded the bid will have 30 days after the bid date to return their plans or their deposit will be forfeit.
