The Project includes all labor, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, travel, licenses,
and permits for the construction and installation of a 896 square foot water treatment
building, potable water treatment system, refit two (2) potable water wells, construct one
(1) non-potable fire suppression well, prefabricated fire pump building, and infrastructure
to support current demand by meeting state water quality and fire suppression regulations
for the Camp Ashland Training Site. Construction will include laying approx 7800' of
piping (6", 8" & 10"), installation of 2 diesel generators, all utility services, information
systems, roads, drainage, and site improvements. Project completion time is 365 days
from the Notice to Proceed Letter to be issued at the Pre-Construction Meeting.
