Bid Info:   Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1 :30 pm on 2/20/2018 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm.

Public Notes:
This Project consists of all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits required to renovate and expand the capacity of FMS #1 Wash Bay. The Project will consist of installation of CMU walls in the interior of the maintenance bay, structural changes, repair or replacement of passage doors and overhead doors, concrete replacement, window repair or replacement, moisture protection of all surfaces, painting, replacement of current lighting to properly illuminate the entire work area, HVAC alterations necessary to provide adequate ventilation for the Wash Bay and Central Wash Machinery areas, plumbing modifications, and repair of the oil/water separator system. Project completion time is not later than 180 days from the Notice to Proceed Letter to be issued at the Pre-Construction Meeting.
