Bid Info:   Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30pm on 02/20/2018 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00pm.

Public Notes:
This Project consists of all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits required to remove the existing roof membrane insulation system and the installation of a new mechanically fastened insulation and 90 mil fully adhered 30 year warranty roof for the 1776 Readiness Center facility. The Project would also include installation of new copper flashing/counter flashing, add and/or relocate roof drains, add and/or reroute drain pipe, repair masonry at existing penetration, core drill new masonry penetrations, ladder and scuttle placement, and other items identified in the specifications and drawing. The total roof area is 35,354 SF, identified as Area 1, Area 2, and Area 3. Project completion time is not later than 180 days from the Notice to Proceed Letter to be issued at the Pre-Construction Meeting.
