SCOPE OF WORK: Consists of all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits to repair the approx 70,554 Sq Ft aviation facilities built in 2009. Project includes repairs/replacement of concrete, masonry, flooring, doors (passage & over-head), lighting, plumbing and fixtures, electrical, HVAC / environmental control systems, security systems, communication systems, ceiling fans, cold storage roof access, tile repair, aircraft grounding points, snow guards, sealants, and landscaping of disturbed areas. All systems are to meet current code requirements. The project shall include all required work necessary to make these systems operate properly. Project completion time is 150 days from the Notice to Proceed Letter to be issued at the Pre-Construction Meeting.

Contractors who purchase a digital copy are eligible to have hard copies printed at their expense.
