Public School Board Room, 2 West 6th Road. Giltner, Nebraska 68841. Bids received after this time will
not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or
representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Hamilton County School District will receive Bids for a Combined
Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for a pre-school / storage room
remodel at the existing school located at 2 West 6th Road Giltner, Nebraska 68841. The remodeled area is located on the first level of the existing building and has a total area of approximately
two thousand (2,000) square feet.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be
made out to DLR Group Inc. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
