Sealed proposals and responses must be received at the office of the Facilities
Director for Southeast Community College located on the 5th floor of the Huck Center, 301
South 68th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68510, at or prior to 2:00 p.m. (CST) on February 23, 2018.
Responses and proposals may be delivered in person, via United States Mail, or parcel service.
Only such responses and proposals as have been received by the Facility Director's office at the
address, time and date listed above, will be considered. Submitted responses and proposals will be immediately and simultaneously opened and recorded in the presence of those submitting
responses and proposals, or their representatives, and the public at 2:00 p.m. (CST) on February
23, 2018, in the offices of the Facilities Director.

A general description of each of the proposed Projects is as follows:
Project No. 1: Construction of a 54,268 square foot Residence Hall building on the Southeast Community College - Milford Campus.
Project No. 1A: Possible construction of a second 54,268 square foot Residence Hall building on the Southeast Community College - Milford Campus (to be determined after completion of Project No. 1).
Project No. 2: Construction of a 54,268 square foot Residence Hall building on the Southeast Community College - Beatrice Campus.
Project No. 3: Construction of an approximate 12,000 square foot Dining Hall on the Southeast Community College - Beatrice Campus.
