YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church shall receive sealed bids
for the proposed addition at the existing St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church located at 15353
Pacific Street, Omaha, NE 68154; That said bids shall be received at the office of BCDM
Architects, 1015 North 98th Street, Suite 300 at 2:00 p.m. on February 6, 2018, attention: Amber
Glasshoff. Bids will be privately opened and all bidders will be notified of the results following
the opening.

Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and
transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a
workmanlike manner, the work required for the construction of the St. Wenceslaus Catholic
Church project.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 payable to St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition, within ten (10) days of the bid opening.
