The Work of this Contract comprises the re_roofing with alternate considerations for exterior veneer refinishing or exterior veneer replacement at the Youth Rehabilitation Center Chapel located on the Geneva Campus at in accordance with the Contract Documents.



Job Purchase Information:
Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a $15.00 refundable deposit per set payable to A&D Technical Supply

If shipping is required there is an additional nonrefundable shipping fee of $12.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply.

The deposit will be returned to the contractor/subcontractor upon return of the plans, specifications, and addenda in good condition within (30) days after the bid opening.
