South Dakota 57049. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be privately opened. In addition to the Owner and the Architect-Engineer, the General Contractors
may attend the private opening.

The Dakota Dunes Community Association, Inc. will receive Bids for a Combined Contract, including
General Construction and site development for replacement of exterior signage and landscaping throughout
the Dakota Dunes neighborhood.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be
made out to DLR Group Inc.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
