Submit bids in a sealed opaque envelope marked: BID ENCLOSED, Andersen & Kiewit Middle Schools Basketball Goal and Gym Lighting Improvements; and addressed as follows: Steve Mainelli, Project Manager, Millard Public Schools, Don Stroh Administration Center, Conference Room A, 5606 South 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137.

Public Notes:
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: The existing backstop operators at Andersen and Kiewit are manually operated. The project is to replace the manually operated devices with electrically operated devices. As part of alternate bid #1, the existing gymnasium lighting will be replaced with new LED lighting and controls.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
