Sealed bids to be addressed to Elizabeth Butler, City Clerk, LC-1, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, marked “BID ON: City of Omaha Standing Bear Lake Side Trail Restoration”, must be in her office on or before 11:00 A.M. on January 24, 2018, at which time the bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC-4, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center.

The project consists of the construction/renovation of: Standing Bear Lake Side Trail Restoration located northwest of the intersection of N 134th St and N 134th Ave. The work consists of, but is not limited to, the removal a retaining wall, construction of a new trail, stormwater pipe and a stormwater detention area. Work also includes cleaning and repair of a 48” culvert.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
