The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 330 of Sarpy County, NE (R&R Commerce Park), will receive
sealed bids until 2:30 PM Local Time, December 13, 2017 at Olsson Associates (2111 South 67th Street,
Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106), at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for
furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of the project entitled "Sanitary
Sewer - Phase 1 - S.I.D. 330 (R&R Commerce Park)”.

The project is briefly described as follows: The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of the installation of an 8”
sanitary sewer pipe together with 8” sanitary sewer stubs to future phases, manholes, and any other
necessary appurtenances required to provide sanitary sewer service, and improvement shall consist of the
installation of all proposed streets within R&R Commerce Park.

Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
