Project Description: New 60 mil EPDM roof system for Millard Public Schools/Central Middle School Annex Roof, located at 12801 L Street, Omaha, NE 68137. The project includes removal of existing BUR and flashings, and re-roofing with a new fully adhered 60 mil EPDM roof system, new flashings, cap metal, gutters, downspouts, raising existing vent stacks, patching metal deck openings, and miscellaneous sheet metal work. Approximate area to be re-roofed is 3,528 S.F. The project also includes relocating/raising an existing gas line. All work is to be included in the Roofing Contractor's contract.
