Project Description: New SBS Modified Bitumen roof system for Millard Public Schools/North High School-Roof, located at 1010 N. 144th Street, Omaha, NE 68154. The project includes removal of existing BUR and flashings, and re-roofing with a new SBS modified bitumen roof system, new flashings, cap metal, raising existing vent stacks and roof hatch, and miscellaneous sheet metal work. Approximate area to be re-roofed is 21,481 S.F.
