Public Notes:
The Middle School project consists of renovations to the existing school and building a new Boys & Girls club addition. The project includes installation of a new Fire Sprinkler system, a new Fire Alarm System, new ceilings throughout, new flooring, major electrical, and mechanical upgrades. The project includes renovation to the exterior facades, roof replacement, window replacement, new doors and door hardware, and civil changes.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $125.00 payable to Omaha Public Schools.
A Builders Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of a deposit check.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $70.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $75.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 30 days after the Bid Opening. If documents are not returned within the stipulated time period the deposit will be forfeited.
