PreBid Info:   A pre-bid conference will be held at Omaha Bryan High School in the Auditorium on November 21st @ 4:00 PM. Please enter in the East entrance and OPS Staff will help with directions.

Bid Info:   Sealed Bids or an email will be received by Hausmann until 2:00pm on Thursday, December 14th @ 2:00pm (CST). Bids will be received by Hausmann at: Hausmann Construction, 11627 Virginia Plaza, Suite #106, La Vista, NE 68128. Bids can also be emailed to bryanbid@hausmannconstruction.com.

Public Notes:
Renovations for the High School include a new administration area, a new TDL addition, and new multi-use / storm shelter addition, a new Urban AG Greenhouse Addition, renovation of existing classrooms, new finishes, including but not limited to casework, paint, ceilings, flooring, doors and hardware, etc. A new Fire Alarm system will be incorporated into the entire building along with new fire sprinkler system. There is new mechanical and plumbing to the new additions and upgrades to the existing systems. Electrical scope will include new work to the additions and upgrades through-out the school.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $125.00 payable to Omaha Public Schools.
A Builders Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of a deposit check.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $55.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 30 days after the Bid Opening. If documents are not returned within the stipulated time period the deposit will be forfeited.
