Sealed proposals for the "Nebraska Center for the Education of Children Who are Blind or Visually Impaired (NCECBVI) Phase 2 - HVAC/Electrical Project" located at the (NCECBVI), 824 10th Avenue, Nebraska City, Nebraska, will be received by NCECBVI until 2:00 PM on December 14, 2017. Project Description: Work includes, but is not limited to: Renovation of the existing mechanical HVAC system to a new VRF system with new general exhaust and make-up air systems for the dormitory; General demolition, painting, cutting, patching, etc.; New ceilings and flooring throughout dormitory building; Demolition of existing window air conditioning and replacement of glazing; Electrical work to replace the existing service panels and conductors; New lighting for the dormitory areas and new generator; Demolition and installation of new IT cabling to the building; and New area drainage and storm sewer.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 payable to KPE Engineers and Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the date of bid to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
