Bid Info:   The bids must be received by 2:00 PM on Monday, November 13, 2017. Deliver 1 DVD or 1 thumb drive of the bid to Erin Peters, Interior Designer, Hoefer Wysocki Architecture, 11460 Tomahawk Creek Parkway, Suite 400, Leawood, KS 66211, in a sealed envelope/package clearly labeled “KEEP CLOSED”. The bids must be received at or before the time and date indicated. If the bid is submitted by USPS, it must be postmarked sufficiently in advance of the due date to ensure delivery to the addresses above before the specified date and time.
Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing deadline in the architect's office of Hoefer Wysocki Architecture.

Council Bluffs Police Department (The Owner) and Hoefer Wysocki (The Architect), invites your firm to submit a bid to furnish and install furnishings for the Council Bluffs Police Department, Council Bluffs, Iowa location.
The bid package is separated into three categories (listed). The proposer is not required to bid on all three packages to be eligible. The proposer may bid on all items within a package.
Bid Package 4A: Furniture; Bid Package 4B: Storage; Bid Package 4C: Weapons Storage.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
