Sealed proposals will be received at the Malcolm Public Schools District
Administrative Offices, 10004 NW 112th Street, Malcolm, NE 68402 up to
the hour of 3:00 P.M. local time, on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, for the
furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the Project.

The general nature of the project is the removal and replacement of
storm sewer, with other miscellaneous removals and earthwork haul in and
placement for a future building pad for the new middle school addition.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $20.00 payable to Malcom Public Schools. A builder's card will NOT be accepted in lieu of a deposit.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition, within fourteen (14) calendar days after the bid date.
