Bid Info:   Colfax County Nebraska will accept bids from qualified Contractors for Colfax County Courthouse - Site Improvements until 9:30 AM CDT, Tuesday November 28, 2017 at the office of the Colfax County Clerk, 411 E 11th Street Schuyler, NE 68661. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and reviewed before accepted.

Project Location: Schuyler, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Site Improvement Work includes but is not limited to: Clean and repair existing site retaining walls and sidewalks; Provide new, code-compliant metal, painted handrails and/or guardrails at existing concrete dock, accessible ramp, and concrete stairs/ramp located along the retaining walls at the perimeter of the site; Provide new drip irrigation system and landscaping rock at existing flower beds near building foundation on three (3) sides as identified on Contract Document Drawings.



Job Purchase Information:
Bidders may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.

A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Colfax County.

Builders Cards will also be accepted for this project.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 30 days after the Bid Opening.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, NE. 68127).

CD's or Downloads in PDF format of Complete Sets are available for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00

All checks for purchases are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.
