The project is described as the construction of a new warehouse facility for GP Industries to be located at the southwest corner 222nd and West Maple Streets in Elkhorn, NE. The building is planned as a pre-engineered steel structure, and will include approximately 12,000 square feet of warehouse and 5,000 square feet of office area.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
