Bid Info:   Sealed bids clearly marked "2017 Storm Sewer and Drainage Reconstruction" will be received at Ehrhart Griffin & Associates, 3552 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68131 until 2:00 o'clock P.M. on November 14, 2017 at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read.

Public Notes:
The project consists of pavement removal, removal and reconstruction of failed storm sewer of various sizes, construction of new storm sewer of various sizes, construction of new area inlets and curb inlets, erosion control and surface restoration in various areas.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 payable to Ehrhart Griffin & Associates. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Plan holders seeking a refund shall return contract documents in a reusable condition to A&D Technical Supply Company Inc. within 14 calendar days from the award of the project. If the contract documents are not returned in a timely manner, and in a reusable condition, the deposit shall be forfeited.
