Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received at the 209 Pearl Street Office of the City Clerk until 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, November 9, 2017, for all work set forth in the plans, specifications and proposals for the above mentioned project. Bids will be opened and publically read immediately following the filing deadline in the City Clerk’s Office of City Hall.

Public Notes:
SCOPE OF WORK for this project include the following: The project includes replacing twenty five (25) existing gas-fired rooftop heating and air conditioning units (RTU). RTU-1 also has an Energy Recovery Ventilator attached to the unit. Additional work includes reconnecting the gas and electrical to the new units. The existing temperature control system shall be replaced with a Siemens DDC temperature control system. The cost of the temperature control system shall be included in the bid.
This facility is occupied 7 days a week so the phasing of the RTU’s replacement and length of down time is critical. Phasing will require that all of the RTU’s in the same area cannot be taken out of operation at the same time. This will require multiple set-ups of the crane.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Engineering Technologies. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of award to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
