PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Buffalo County Maintenance Building, 9730 Antelope Avenue, Kearney, NE 68847, on October 31, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. CST. Attendance by all interested Contractors is strongly advised. Additional site observations shall be coordinated and scheduled with the Buffalo County Facilities Director, Stephen Gaasch, at 308-224-0108.

Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received for the Buffalo County Maintenance Building – Generator Replacement Project by the Owner, Buffalo County at the office of Buffalo County Courthouse, 1512 Central Avenue,Kearney, NE 68848. Bids are due on or before November 14, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. CST

Public Notes:
The Project includes the replacement of the existing standby diesel fuel fired generator set, replacement of select light fixtures, removal and installation of select electrical panels, and re-circuiting of select portions of the electrical system.



Job Purchase Information:
A digital copy of documents can be downloaded for a non-refundable fee of $10 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

A hard copy of documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a $25.00 deposit per set (payable to Buffalo County).

Deposits will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders if undamaged documents are returned within 30 days of the bid opening.
If shipping is required there is an additional nonrefundable shipping fee of $15.00 (Payable to A&D Tech)
