Project consists of the construction of the Worship, Education, Sanctuary, Narthex and Fellowship Spaces,
and all associated work as indicated in the drawings and specifications. Bids will be per Bid Package and shall
be complete per plans and specifications by TSP, Inc, Sioux Falls, SD.
Bid Packages Include: Steel Reinforcement; Footing and Foundations; Gypsum Cement Underlayment; Hollowcore; Masonry;
Structural Steel; Architectural Woodwork; Countertops; Finish Carpentry; Specialties Install; General Trades; Roofing &
Sheetmetal; Aluminum Entrances, Windows, Glass & Glazing; Overhead Coiling Doors; Gypsum Board Assemblies; Acoustical
Ceiling; Ceramic Tile; Floor Coverings; Painting; Specialties; Building Lettering; Interior Signage; Window Coverings; Fire
Protection; Plumbing; HVAC; and Electrical.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Beckenhauer Construction. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 15 days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
BID DOCUMENTS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF BECKENHAUER CONSTRUCTION, INC., 1901 Riverside Boulevard, Norfolk, NE 68701
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within specified time, deposit will be forfeited.
