Public Notes:
This project involves the construction of a 25,000 square foot Warehouse / Office Facility. This project is considered an S1 and B occupancy, Construction Type IIB. The primary building system is to be a pre-engineered metal building with insulated precast concrete wall panels. The building will have awnings on two sides, loading docks, concrete paved parking and a pre-engineered outdoor storage structure.



Job Purchase Information:
Approved general contractors will be provided two sets of bid documents at no cost per the architect. Currently approved generals are: Sampson Construction, Dickey Hinds Muir, Andersen Construction, Cheever Construction, Brester Construction, Roggie General, Kingery Construction, Ironhide Construction, and Lacey Construction. If you are not on this list of approved generals and would like to be, please contact the architect.

Subcontractors may purchase a set of bid documents for a non-refundable fee of $175 payed to A&D Technical Supply Co. Bid documents can also be viewed at the Lincoln Builders Bureau. Only complete sets will be issued.

Documents can be shipped for a non-refundable fee of $25 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
