Bid Info:	Sealed bids will be received by the Secretary of the Board of Water Works Trustees of the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa (hereinafter called the "Owner"), at 2000 North 25th Street, Council Bluffs, Iowa, until 1:30 PM on the 3rd day of October, 2017, at which time the Secretary and Engineer will publicly open the bids in the Board Conference Room at said address, announce the amount of the bids, and file all proposals received.

Public Notes:

The project consists of approximately 2,720 feet of 12-inch D.I. water main and all appurtenances thereto in accordance with the plans and specifications.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 days of City Council award of the project.
