Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received by Jerry Pohlmann, Manager of Facilities Engineering, in the Conference Room "E", Department of Correctional Services, Bldg. 1 Folsom and West Prospector Place, Lincoln, Nebraska, until 2:00 pm local time on October 10, 2017 and at that time and place will be publicly read aloud.

Public Notes:
Project includes removal of a perimeter 2 foot wide roof assembly of an existing roof and associate parapet flashing. The approximately 28,300 sf existing roof is a modified bitumen membrane over polyisocyanurate insulation and a concrete deck. The intent is to seal / adhere existing membrane bubble sand completely remove and replace areas shown to have water damage according to the requirement o obtain a infrared scam of the roof. The electrical conduits serving the top floor interior ceiling are location randomly on the concrete deck and existing insulation has been cut to fit around it. A new TPO fleece baked membrane is specified to be adhered over the top of the existing insulated roof membrane with associated new flashing, etc.
