68059. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or
representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Springfield Platteview Community Schools will receive Bids for a Combined Contract, including General
Construction, Site, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for two building remodels located at 14801
South 108th Street Springfield, Nebraska 68059. The Junior High building is two (2) stories in height, and has a total area of approximately thirty-three
thousand three hundred (33,300) square feet. The High School locker room renovation encompasses a total
area of approximately seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet. Both projects consist of nearly a
complete demolition and renovation of the interior spaces, mechanical and electrical systems. The JH has
exterior work including building envelope improvements and site work.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be
made out to DLR Group Inc.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
