The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 330 of Sarpy County, NE (R&R Commerce Park), will receive sealed bids until 10:00 AM, CST on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at Olsson Associates (2111 South 67th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106), at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of the project entitled "Gold Coast Road Grading and Erosion Control - S.I.D. 330 (R&R Commerce Park)”.

The project is briefly described as follows: The project shall consist of the following work: all earthwork which is shown on
the plans or described in the specifications. Earthwork shall include, but is not limited to, all
necessary clearing and grubbing, stripping, removal of obstructions, debris, excavation, construction
of fills and embankments, ditch excavation, and installation and maintenance of erosion control
BMP’s, and any other item of work necessary to conform to these Specifications and to conform to the
line, grade, and cross-sections shown on the plans, or as directed by the Engineer.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
