Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received at the Department of Transportation Operations Division, located at 5001 S. 14th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, until 3:30 PM, local time on Thursday, September 21, 2017 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Public Notes:
Scope of Work: Work includes building renovation and site work at the Kearney West Bound Rest Area (mile marker 271 west bound) and Kearney East Bound Rest Area (mile marker 267 west bound) along Interstate 80. Site work includes removal and replacement of concrete walks, including grading and new ADA signage to identify accessible routes. Building renovation work includes removal and replacement of toilet accessories and partitions, replacing selected plumbing fixtures, tile work and relocating incidental electrical work.

Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a $100.00 refundable deposit per set payable to A&D Technical Supply.

If shipping is required there is an additional nonrefundable shipping fee of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply

The deposit will be returned to the contractor/subcontractor upon return of the plans, specifications, and addenda in good condition within (30) days after the bid opening. Plans are to be returned to A & D Technical Supply Lincoln, Nebraska.

Plans are also available for a digital download for a non-refundable fee of $20.
