Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Education at the Ashland-Greenwood Public Schools District Administrative Offices, 1842 Furnas Street, Ashland, Nebraska 68003 up to the hour of 1:00 P.M. Local Time, on Thursday, September 7, 2017, for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the Project. At the above-stated hour, the Owner will publicly open and read aloud the bids received at the Ashland-Greenwood Public Schools District Administrative Offices, 1842 Furnas Street, Ashland, Nebraska 68003.

Project Location: Ashland, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The general nature of the project is the demolition of the existing structures and removal/grubbing of trees and shrubs in accordance with the drawings and specifications.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $20.00 payable to Ashland-Greenwood Public Schools. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit check will be forfeited.
