Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received in the 209 Pearl Street office of the City Clerk until 2:00 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday, November 13, 2017, for all work set forth in the plans, specifications and proposals for the re-bid of the Emergency Generator Equipment work set forth in the plans, specifications and proposals for the above mentioned project. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing deadline in the City Clerk's office of City Hall.

Project Location: Council Bluffs, Iowa

Public Notes:
The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents, as reflected in the Project Manual and on the Drawings.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $250.00 payable to Hoefer Wysocki. A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $55.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents must be returned is good, like-new condition 14 days from award of project to obtain a deposit refund. If bid documents are not returned within the stipulated time frame the deposit will be forfeited.
