The project consists of HVAC and related electrical work to replace the Boiler in the State of Nebraska 501 Building located at 505 S. 14th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.

Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a $50.00 refundable deposit per set (payable to A & D Technical Supply)

Deposit will be released upon return of Bid Documents, post paid, including all addenda, in good condition, no later than 10 business days after Bid Opening to A & D Technical Supply. Do not return bidding documents to any other location other than A & D Technical Supply.

Documents may be shipped with a non-refundable $15.00 check
payable to A & D Technical Supply.
