Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project known as Fremont Family YMCA - Christensen Family YMCA Camp Entrance Gate located at 3402 West Military Avenue, Fremont, NE, 68025 before 2:00 pm local daylight savings time on 29 August, 2017. At that time, Bids will be privately opened.
Bids shall be submitted to the Owner at the following address: Fremont Family YMCA, Attn: Jerry Rinne, 810 N Lincoln Avenue, Fremont, NE 68025. A bid is invalid if it has not been deposited at the location noted above prior to the time and date for receipt of bids indicated in this Advertisement for Bids, or prior to any extension thereof issued to the bidders.

Project Description: The Fremont Family YMCA is adding to the Christensen Family YMCA Camp, located on West Military Ave in Fremont, a new entrance gate and monument sign. The scope of work includes new paving off of Military Ave, two new flanking monument signs, and general site lighting, A new operable gate, fence, and controls, along with camera are to be provided by the Owner in conjunction with this work.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $75.00 payable to Fremont Family YMCA. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 15 business days after bid opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
