Bid Info:   Sealed proposals for a Single Contract for General Construction shall be received by the County of Boone, NE until 4:00 P.M. CST on Friday, August 25, 2017 at the office of the Boone County Clerk, 222 S. 4th Street, Albion, Nebraska, 68620-1247. Bids will be opened publicly and ready aloud at 9:30 A.M., on Monday, August 28, 2017 at the Boone County Board of Commissioners meeting.

Public Notes:
The Work includes selective demolition and removal and replacement of existing concrete slab on grade, concrete block partitions, installation of Detention grade interior view window frames and glazing, and interior furnishings and equipment as well as detention grade plumbing fixtures in the Dormitory Cell. The work also includes an Add Alternate to provide and install a retrofit electronic locking system for sleeping room doors at two cells, and the addition of a door position switch at a third door.
