This project has two small additions and a renovation of an existing facility that totals approximately 10,000 SF. This project contains work in the trades; site demolition, earthwork, site utilities, rebar supply, concrete flatwork/foundations, structural steel fabrication/erection, millwork, solid surface countertops, caulking, air barriers, spray foam insulation, doors/frames/hardware, sectional overhead doors, aluminum storefronts, composite metal wall panels, drywall/metal studs/ACT, ceramic tile, resilient flooring/carpet, hardwood flooring, polished concrete, painting, roller window shades, specialties, fire sprinkler, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Lueder Construction. A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 15 business days from Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
