The project consists of site paving, utilities, structural footings and foundations, masonry, structural steel, bar joists/metal deck, casework, restroom partitions, restroom accessories, EPDM roof over rigid insulation, joint sealants, aluminum storefronts/entry systems, hollow metal doors/frames/wood doors, coiling overhead doors, glass/glazing, curtain wall, painting and staining, carpet, sheet vinyl flooring, LVT, porcelain tile, rubber flooring, acoustical wall panels, corner guards, fire extinguishers/cabinets, lightening protection system, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, theatrical lighting and controls, louver blinds, metal countertops, simulated stone countertops, wheelchair lifts, electrical, communications, fire alarm, security/door access/CCTV, communication cabling systems, video production system, sound reinforcement system, and sod/see/landscaping.
