Bid Info:   Documents entitled: Kennard House Porch Restoration, Lincoln, Nebraska, June 23, 2017 will be received for the Nebraska State Historical Society, at the office of the architect, 1201 O Street, Suite 302 Lincoln, Nebraska until July 21st, 2017 until 10 AM local time, and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Public Notes:
The work at the historic Kennard House consists of removal of all deteriorated and non-historic materials from the project areas including but not limited to the removal or replacement of components of both the front and rear porches of the house and replacement of the roof balustrade.



Job Purchase Information:
Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a $50.00 refundable deposit per set payable to A&D Technical Sopply.

If shipping is required there is an additional nonrefundable shipping fee of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply

The deposit will be returned to the contractor/subcontractor upon return of the plans, specifications, and addenda in good condition within (30) days after the bid opening. Plans are to be returned to A & D Technical Supply Lincoln, Nebraska.
