Lueder Construction is accepting bids for the project known as Woodhouse Hyundai located at 8410 S. 145th Street, La Vista, NE before 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, June 30, 2017. At that time, Bids will be privately opened.
Bids shall be submitted to the Construction Manager at the following address: Lueder Construction Company, 9999 J Street, Omaha, NE 68127. Faxed bids are also acceptable. Fax to Lueder Construction, (402) 592-4769.

Project Description: The Woodhouse Hyundai project includes the new construction of a 30,000 SF auto dealership with service center, located at 8410 S. 145th Street in La Vista, NE. The proposed building is a one story steel frame structure with a second floor parts storage area.
The program includes an auto showroom, customer waiting areas, administrative offices, service reception bay, service center/department, and parts receiving, parts storage area, and loading dock. The site is a new undeveloped site and site work and associated utility work is to be included as part of the project. Design includes engineering for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Owner provided furniture, AV, IT, service center vehicle equipment, oil storage and distribution system, brand fixtures, signage, and security systems and equipment shall be coordinated by Construction Manager. This will be the first of four new dealerships at the new Woodhouse Place development.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 payable to BVH Architects. A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 15 business days from Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
