PreBid Info:   A Pre-bid Conference will be held for this project on June 15, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. local time. Bidders shall meet at the main entrance to Millard Central Middle School (please park in the northern lot accessed from the old L street access road). All bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

Bid Info:   YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Millard Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work for the proposed remodel work at the existing Millard Central Middle School located at 12801 L Street, Omaha, Nebraska; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m. June 29, 2017 by Dr. Kenneth Fossen, Associate Superintendent for General Administration, at 5606 South 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137, Conference Room A. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The entire project is within Millard Central Middle School campus, 12801 L Street, Omaha, Nebraska. The project consists of a building addition and also interior demolition/renovation of portions of the existing facility.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
