Public Notes:
The Work of this Contract comprises the Roof Replacement Operations of the Nebraska Department of Corrections - Boiler Building located at 801 West Prospector Plaza, Lincoln, Nebraska in accordance with the Contract Documents.



Job Purchase Information:
Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a $50.00 refundable deposit per set payable to Nebraska State Building Division.

If shipping is required there is an additional nonrefundable shipping fee of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply

The deposit will be returned to the contractor/subcontractor upon return of the plans, specifications, and addenda in good condition within (30) days after the bid opening. Plans are to be returned to A & D Technical Supply Lincoln, Nebraska.

Plans are also available for a digital download for a non-refundable fee of $20.
