Bid Info:   McCarthy requests Bid Proposals for the construction of BP#2 – PHASE 2 & 3. Bid Proposals for Work Categories No. 1- 14 will be received by McCarthy at the office of 14217 Dayton Circle (Suite 8) Omaha, NE on until 2:00 p.m. on June 22, 2017. Bid Proposals will be opened privately. Bid Proposals shall be received by Work Category only. All Specification Sections within a given Work Category must be included.

Work covered by the Contract Documents: The building design for Parrish Program consists of 100% renovating of existing two story building. Lower level is 10,223 S.F. Main level is 13, 065 S.F. Non-sprinklered building with fire barriers as shown on drawings. New staff office spaces, restrooms, storm shelter, classrooms, library, cafeteria and collaborating areas. New parking areas with code required accessible entrance and exits. New storage building and trash enclosure at South Parking Lot. The building will be equipped with a new HVAC system, new electrical systems, new plumbing fixtures, as well as new lighting fixtures throughout.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
