Bid Info:   Bids shall be submitted to the Owner at the following address: Educational Service Unit #3, 6949 S. 110th Street, La Vista, NE 68128, before 2:00 pm local daylight savings time on 15 June, 2017. At that time, Bids will be opened and read aloud.

Public Notes:
Project Description: Improvements to the interior and exterior main entrance to ESU #3 in La Vista, NE. The addition of an exterior roof structure, site walls, and paving at the main entrance. The existing storefront entry will be removed and replaced with a new secure entrance into the building. The existing roof over the existing entry will be replaced with a new EPDM roof. Renovations to the interior include new carpet, new finish on existing walls, a new administration desk, and new casework around existing staircase.

Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a $75.00 refundable deposit per set payable to Educational Service Unit #3.

If shipping is required there is an additional nonrefundable shipping fee of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply

Deposit will be released upon return of Bid Documents, in good condition, no later than 15 business days after Bid Opening to the office of A&D Technical Supply. After 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited. Do not return bidding documents to the Architect's office.

Plans are also available for a digital download for a non-refundable fee of $20.
